I originally posted this to the main lost media forum page, but I figured it would probably be more apt to put it here in the “lesser known media” page, as it is quite obscure.
To note, I am quite the novice here in the world of lost media, so if my posts do not belong here or on the main forum page, I totally understand and will take them down.
I'm currently trying to find a lost short film that aired on the Showtime network in May 1993. The film is called "Evening Class" and aired on May 28, 1993 as part of the Showtime 30-Minute Movie series. It is apparently about a community college student named Rick holding another student named Martha hostage in a classroom.
According to IMDB, it was directed by Michael Haney and won a CableACE Award in 1994 as well as being nominated for another that same year.
I first learned about the film's existence when doing research on the famous "Wilhelm scream" sound effect, which apparently is included in this film. I always found it intriguing that nothing has ever surfaced of this movie, and I've been trying to find any clips of it for months. Nothing has yet surfaced that I know of. In my opinion, it sounds like a pretty interesting film that deserves to see the light of day. Any help in trying to find this movie would be greatly appreciated.
