A preserved fossilised metatarsal bone from an Irish elk (Megaloceros giganteus) that was found in the North sea and is estimated to be between 30,000-50,000 years old.
A novel written in the 1890s which is dramatized account of a chapter in the life of my 4th great-granduncle, one of his daughters and local people from the area they lived in at the time.
And another book written in 1913 by a friend of one of my ancestors. He wrote it to preserve his friends memory when he died in 1912 and I am glad he did. After reading it, I found out I had a lot in common with my ancestor, including sharing many of his interests and passions. I was even able to visit the area where he lived and stand in the same places he did when he was alive thanks to the accounts of his life in the book.

A vintage book about vintage 90s computer tech. I'm interested in this stuff, sure, but I'm sure other people in my generation wouldn't even have Sega Genesis games, so it may come off as flat out bizarre to have for others.
