Nickelodeon cartoon/poem/video about a kid named Clarence(?) that eats knowledge

I remember back when I was in 5th grade (2009/2010) I had recorded on my DVR a video of a short cartoon that aired during the commercial break on I believe Nickelodeon (fairly certain). I think it was a fan submission, it certainly wasn’t a series. Maybe a featured artist? It was a black and white, somewhat poorly animated (or artistically depending on your perspective) rhyming poem with piano accompaniment. It was a spoken word by an Englishmen about a kid named Clarence who ate knowledge. His parents got him a book of facts and he consumed so much he eventually exploded. The moral was, if I remember correctly, try to have fun and don’t get wrapped up in books and knowledge. I remember I learned the whole thing cause I loved it, and I remember some lines still to this day.
It’s a book of facts for you to digest night and day, Clarence didn’t hesitate he started straight away.
He’d listen to you talking about your granny’s hair, and if he found it interesting he’d pluck it from the air.
It was kind of spooky and dark, and over the years I’ve tried to search for it but to no avail. I figured I’d post here to see if anyone else remembers it or has a link to it cause I’d love to hear it again.
