I'm trying to identify a mystery (live action) comedic short film I watched in the 1980s. I think it was on some anthology show on HBO. In the film in question, which was in English, there are a group of people having a dinner party in France. This one American lady goes on this long monologue about how much she loves it in France, about how the French people have so much fewer hangups, blah blah blah. She then excuses herself to use the bathroom. The rest of the short is just her trying to cover up the glass door of the bathroom (which is located right behind the dining table) so she can use it in privacy. Meanwhile the dinner party conversation goes on, with the diners completely clueless of what is happening behind them.
