Educational VHS Movie About Kid Bullied By Older Brother

So I remember when I used to be in elementary school, one time we had an assembly and they played this movie about a kid with an older brother who is a bully to him; the older brother would scream "You stink!" to the younger brother. The older brother had red curly hair and was fat, and the younger brother was scrawny and had straight brown hair. They were both white. The younger brother looked to be he was around 6-9 years old, while the older brother looked like he was a young teenager, maybe middle school age. I remember near the end of the movie, the younger brother boasts about how even though his older brother may pick on him, he's better than him in many ways. I remember how the younger brother talks about how he eats his vegetables and is healthy, while the older brother eats junk food and candy. I also remember this one scene in the movie where both kids were taking groceries outside with their mom to the car. The younger one does a good job and gets the groceries to the car, but the older one is clumsy and slips or falls and drops all the groceries and they spill over the road and he gets scolded by the mom for it, while the younger brother boasts to the audience about how he succeeded while his brother failed. I remember the ending was the older brother was hanging with his friends in the house and the younger brother intrudes in their party, then the older brother chases after the younger brother while yelling "you stink!" at him, as the younger brother gets into a bedroom and shuts the door to keep himself safe as he quips to the audience.
