Hi everyone, I am trying to find a strange Asian stop-motion animated PSA about corruption. I remember seeing it a few years ago after going on a strange/scary PSA and Ad binge on YouTube but I am unable to find it. I have searched but can't find it.
I can recall it fairly well: it featured a stop-motion / Claymation Asian businessman or politician fixing his tie and taking a bribe, he slowly turns into a lizard man and is put behind bars. The PSA was talking about bribes and corruption. I fairly certain it was either Taiwanese or from Hong Kong and it appears to be from the 1990s.
I tried asking this on Reddit but got nowhere. If anyone could help me find it I would be very grateful!
