I think this may be a easy one, but here it is anyways:
Looking thru a cartoon distribution youtube channel in the Netherlands, I found a video containing a preview of a cartoon called "Het Magische Avontur" (The Magical Adventure, in English):

The synopsis reads:

"Bram and Janneke run into the forest after the kite. There they end up in a large castle from the story of the Puss n' Boots. The two children continue following the kite and arrive at a lighthouse. At that lighthouse, an old captain tells the adventures of a sailing ship that mysteriously fights pirates. Later, Bram and Janneke meet writer Hans Christiaan Andersen, who tells them his latest story."

While other videos on the same channel show the credits of the cartoons, either in the description or in the video itself, this one only gives the synopsis and that's it, as well as a broken link in the description.
I suspect it's something from Germany, probably 1970s. The art style reminds me a lot of those of Rolf Kauka or even Curt Linda. Does anyone know what this is about?

i actually am Dutch, and live in the Netherlands,
and do not understand what you mean with broken link?
if you simply copy just the website url itself
(meaning cut everything after .nl)
you can access the site normally, and it will give the contact email.

it also states that they started in 1985 with dubbing of foreign cartoons.
so it wasn't dubbed into Dutch until at least 1985.

futher more, if you search multiple search terms for this,
you can actually easily find what this is:

Mágica aventura (1973)

it's a Spanish made animated movie containing small stories

Honestly I would've assumed this was some Czechoslovak thing or from around here in Tennessee or some neighboring state, though the latter would've made this HELLA weird as to how the heck the Dutch dubbers stumbled upon it. Either one of these doesn't make as much sense as it being Spanish though since the Netherlands & Spain are both in Western Europe.

over here in the Netherlands we always got cartoons and tv shows in English,
we would just put Dutch subtitles on them,
but until 1989 we only had 2 tv channels or stations.
stuff like Cartoon Network did not exist yet, so cartoons would be used from
other countries, unless they were English spoken, they would get dubbed
into Dutch, this wasn't actually a common thing until around 2001, when over here
Cartoon Network disappeared behind a paybox or something for a while,
when it returned, all the cartoons were suddenly dubbed into Dutch.

ever since, it's become the standard for cartoons to be dubbed into Dutch.
but distribution of cartoons/tv shows is much easier now than it was in the 80s.

if Cartoon Network USA airs shows, said shows will most likely also be aired on CN
over here, but no such thing existed in the 80s.

they would just grab what they could and air it regardless.
considering we don't speak Spanish here,
it was only natural to dub this cartoon movie.
