There's this one really good game called "Before Your Eyes." You can beat it in one quick sitting, & it has eye tracker functions where when you blink it causes a function. It also has a very heartfelt ending though I won't spoil it. If you want to play it it's on steam, or mobile.

Most things I've used that require eye tracking need me to not wear glasses, of which then I can't see
