those pictures are extremely blurry and not high quality at all. Potato quality. Look at the tag and 99.99% of the time your answer is on there of who made it then you look at history of that company and search for stuff made by them and find it's name.

use a phone for a better picture. We will never know how it looks until you take a better picture. Also no not all tags erase over time. Only crappy quality tags.

ask someone you live with to take better photos for you maybe

I don't think it's rare. Even if it was, the current quality of faded tags and missing eye paint would deplete its value. I would recommend measuring it and typing that into sites like Ebay. You might find similar plushes.
