I'd also say Tiny Tank since, as fun as the game is, I feel that it's a bit too unsubtle(ok, it's not so much as say unsubtle, more like hammering it in... with an atom bomb) with its political theming throughout not just the cutscenes, but the radio shows that play ingame sometimes & if it were to even just be given a rerelease on like, PS4 or PS5 as a digital game in the "classics" line, there would be some crazy political discourse that'd ruin the game for some people, which is unfortunate because I feel that the main character, the titular bitchular(Athena P reference), is relatable in how he just so tired of the bullcrap & just wants to blow stuff up, to him all the people saying how things are "woke" & whatever other discourse is just so dumb & that it's all just a bunch of echo chambers & pipelines with political overtones instead of actual gaming fun. Not to mention the actual gameplay is awesome!
They still exist to this day, but their YouTube channel has become an AI content farm.
...In the words of that one cat-thing with blue fire coming out of the area where his eyebrows should be from Yo Kai Watch (Sorry to any Yo Kai Watch fans.I have not watched the show or played the game in nearly 10 years.) "OH MAH SWIRLS!?!?!" (...But yeah. What extremewreck2000 said.)
Considering the massive critical and commercial flop that was Major Minor's Majestic March (Wii), I don't see anything in the way of "direct spiritual successors" for Parappa the Rapper. Nor do I see the Parappa series itself coming back in any fashion, especially after the main voice actor's mishandling of multiple situations online, and at least one major voice actress's death a few years ago. Finally, I'm pretty sure the main studio behind Parappa and Ape Escape went defunct a few years ago anyway.

Yume No Crayon Oukoku. While the book series' website is still pretty active, the last book was published in 2006 (if you don't count a compilation book being released in 2011). This probably makes the chance of a revival of the anime slim.
I could never remember what the dang name of the dolls were, but I just saw a post and now remember-Diva Starz! I actually wanted one of these when I was younger and never got one. The whole line was discontinued in 2004 and AFAIK never came back, and likely will never come back. I just don't think enough people are nostalgic for the brand, and Bratz already cornered its market over 2 decades ago.
</div></div>Speaking of discontinued product lines from 2004, I highly doubt Evergirl is ever going to make a comeback, I remember seeing commercials hyping that series all the time on Nick back in the day and then after a couple of years the whole thing just vanished. There was apparently supposed to be a TV show based on the line but it never happened, i'm very interested at how far along it got before the plug was pulled.
I would say most of the "wannabe" pop artists from the late 90s/early 00s, the types of artists/bands to sing on cartoon soundtracks, made-for-TV movies, soundtracks for small budget family movies, etc. I see names on projects with soundtracks on old commercials and they announce the "hit artists" and I'm like WHO? And it turns out that that soundtrack is the only "major" project they ever did LOL XD <_<"
</div>Myra is one example, she did that cover of Dancing in the Streets for the Recess movie and some other stuff and was supposed to have a full length album released but it never happened.
The Legend of Spyro games, along with the Spyro games on GBA/DS.
I would personally LOVE to see an actual FINISHED version of Dawn of the Dragon. My partner and I REALLY tried on the best version of the game (PS3) and we STILL reached a point where the game became unplayable. But I could really see the attempt at a fully co-op adventure, and the game had moments where it absolutely shined (and I do like the art direction) but my goodness, it NEEDED way more time in the oven than it got.
The Spyro GBA games (along with the DS game) exist in a weird "post-Activision acquisition" universe and I just don't see anyone bothering with putting them on anything else at this point. Or bothering to continue any of their storylines. Ditto for Legend of Spyro series.
</div></div>Speaking of Spyro i'd love to see a full on remake of Enter the Dragonfly that was more along the lines of the developers original vision with multiple overworlds. Also wouldn't mind seeing a remake of Crash: Wrath of Cortex that was closer to Traveller's Tales original idea of more open levels(which would later be carried over to Twinsanity). But given the mixed reception to both games(with the PS2 versions of both suffering from glitches and long load times) i'm not so sure that'll ever happen.

I fear we may never see more of Kid Icarus except in Smash...
Similarly I fear we'll never see more Punch-Out!! except in Smash... excluding Smash, the most we've gotten out of the franchise since 2009 was an easter egg in the Mario movie. I guess I'm happy with where the franchise ended, since Punch-Out Wii is my favorite version, I just wish we could see those characters again or maybe even get some new ones. Although there was a decade-long gap between Super Punch-Out and Punch-Out Wii, so maybe I shouldn't give up hope...
