Almost 2 years ago I made a post on here about lost content regarding lost media involving the show Nudnik and with what I've discovered and seen since then I think it'd only be appropriate to make a new thread entirely about it.
Like I mentioned in the previous post I made, Nudnik is a Czech cartoon series produced between 1964-1967 by Gene Deitch at Rembrandt films, and despite it's obscurity alot from the show has been archived pretty well production wise. As for the show, the episodes were put onto DVD in 2013 and uploaded to YouTube in 2018, so it's certainly not as lost as it used to be,
The first thing I'll mention is what I've been most interested in lately regarding Nudnik lost media: Apparently its 90s syndication "The Nudnik Show" had aired on Teletoon for only ONE DAY back in 1998, and this is evident by old schedule listings for the channel as well as one commercial break for the channel that's been uploaded that lists it alongside other shows coming up next.
Teletoon stuff from the 90s -- or at all -- is usually pretty hard to find, but as a Canadian I'm always looking for recorded tapes of shows and whatnot so there's at least a small chance that I could actually stumble upon this airing one day, really small chance because it aired for a single day but the possibility is there.
As for other TV airings, the Nudnik episodes had actually also appeared on Toonheads in 1996 in a segment that aired literally BEFORE the infamous "A Night of Independent Animation" that was sought after for a while, but Toonheads airings from the 90s also seem to be rare so the chances of that being found are also slim.
I also know for sure the episodes had aired in Eastern and European countries somehow since I've seen discussion around the show on an arabic website, miscellaneous foreign DVD releases in Sweden, Finland and Turkey, and there's an upload of one of the videos on NicoVideo that looks like a VHS recording, so it's possible the show somehow aired in Japan too.
Some other minor Nudnik pieces of lost media include:
That's all I've got on the matter though, the show and its history still remains intriguing to me so once again I'm hoping some of this stuff actually turns up one day

Some other minor Nudnik pieces of lost media include:
- Original film reels of the episodes featuring the 60s Paramount Logo and original titlecards (PacMania67 uploaded three of them a couple years ago and Lyric J. has a couple uploads of the films with their original title cards on his YouTube, likely from elsewhere but I'm not sure where they come from)
- The VHS version of "Rembrandt Film's Greatest Hits", which I imagine isn't too different from the DVD (which I have) or the individual shorts that the Nudnik YouTube channel has uploaded, but the tape itself is extremely rare so it'd be sort of cool seeing the entirety of it uploaded one day.
