Sonic the Hedgehog movies are better than the Mario movie.

The animated one, it was OK but didn't really blow me away so I can see why critics were mixed on it. The Sonic movies on the other hand surprised me big time and i'm tremendously excited for Part 3 this fall.
Coraline doesn't need a sequel, no matter how many people beg for one on social media. It's a perfectly self-contained movie. People should support Laika's other original products (including products that would better warrant a sequel) instead IMO.

I'm surprised this is even a hot take. Coraline does not need any sequels at all, I don't know or see why people would want one outside of nostalgia, though I'm pretty sure the same crowd understands that sequels are often mediocre.
Some people who leave the internet because of some controversy they've been in or being banned or whatever else. Some just leave on their own accord without really doing much to get themselves into trouble... or even have an impact to begin with. Some will just leave without notice, just vanishing into thin air without a trace to follow.

Late 2000s-mid 2010s was a Era where "random=funny" or "weird is good". Adventure Time, Breadwinners, etc. Bill was basically that trope.
when I was in primary school almost everyone in my class (special school so compared to regular schools the class size is very small) was obsessed with the late 2000's/very early 2010's memes (Annoying Orange, Epic Face, The Lazer Collection, et cetera). We wrote story's that didn't make sense
