What was your "I can't believe THAT's still around" moment?

Not only are they still up and running, but like Neopets STILL buys convention space, including space at mega sized, ultra popular cons. AND people show up, with lots of people in costume!

Ironically all of the recent fury around the NFT scandal and Youtube "Neopets downfall" videos (among other things) may have made disconnected people get suddenly nostalgic for the site and start thinking about it for the first time in so many years...resulting in the website gaining some small relevance again. Well, that and the Pandemic, in which a lot of "trapped at home" folks got back into "comfort food" websites/franchises/etc they loved as kids/teens. I know I did LOL

I still remember Neopets so fondly. I remember the very first day that I opened my account--June 26th, 2003.

The last time I accessed my account was more than a decade ago.

American Pie direct to DVD "spin off movies" are apparently still a thing. The last one released in 2020!

</div>Good god, that's even more cheap-quels than I thought! The only sequel I recognize on that list is Ace Ventura, since a few Youtubers have covered those sequels, along with the Dr. Doolittle sequels. 
I do wonder how many movies are also quietly getting "sequels" via random streaming services, much the way you would get those random TV movies that were "kind of-sort of" sequels to existing movies. To air once or twice, and then maybe not even get a single home release after that!

Heck, even "traditional TV movies" like those "pilot movies" or finale movies that served to expand on TV shows, I have to wonder if those are still being made?

</div></div>I was actually referring to The Strangers. Chapter 1 is a prequel to the first movie. Watchmen animated film has nothing to do with Snyder's live-action version.
