I barely remember watching a 2D-Animated TV show when I was a child, and I cannot remember its name.
The first is the most obscure. From what I remember, it aired in New Zealand around 2009-2012 (I can't remember the exact year), and probably on TV2 on Mornings.
I believe the show was about the life of an alien in space and his adventures. I think he had a sort of alien or robot dog. He also had a human friend, who I believe looked like Arnold from The Magic School Bus in a Spacesuit.
I don't know why, but one scene from this stuck in my mind. I remember that the human (I'll call him 'Arnold' for now) character had a father who was a "space cop", and the two main characters were on a ride-along. They came up to this giant ring-shaped object, which I believe was animated in 3D, and Arnold and Alien were excited, I think because they thought it was a criminal base or something. But it turns out to be a doughnut store, if my mind is correct.
I'd really like some info if you have any on this elusive cartoon. Thanks.
is it Lloyd In Space? it was a disney cartoon about an alien living in space he had a human friend with arnold-ish hair, and another friend that was a walking talking brain. i dont know about the robot dog though and it was early 2000s not 2009, maybe you caught reruns?
