Public-access show from early 2010s I vaguely remember

I have a memory of this show from around the early 2010s, maybe 2011-2012? Could possibly be later but I think it was around this time frame. It was a live action show, and it aired on public access. I know it was public access, because I was watching it at a relative's house and she only ever had public access. The show was live action, and it consisted of a girl and her border collie living on a farm. I don't remember plot details, but I think the girl had brown hair and was wearing a pink headband? I also remember the title card for the show being designed like it was written in crayon, but I could be confusing that detail with another show. This is something that I've been trying to find the title of for a while now, but haven't had any luck with finding a match for. If anyone else remembers this, or has any idea of what it could be, that would be super helpful. Thank you!
