Preschool bumper: How to make Peanut Butter and Jelly

I distinctly remember as a young child (late 90s to early 2000s) a bumper where a child instructs the audience on how to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. If I were to take a guess this would have aired either on Nick Jr, Playhouse Disney or PBS but I can't rule out that it possibly coming from a VHS tape either. Does anyone else know what im talking about?
