What is this song? 80s maybe?

I thought it might've been something like Tears for Fears or even Genesis or something, but I can't find it because the only part of this song I remember is a small part of the chorus, the only problem with that is in the part I remember the only lyrics are shouting "woah oh oooohh" and so on.
