Unknown song from a 90s game

So, MegaTraveller 2: Quest of the Ancients doesn't have it as well. Not so sure about the 1st one since I can't find a video on the full game nor does Lemon Amiga have rips of the game's soundtrack.

Based off of the instruments used in the midi, its fair to assume that this is either a snes or PC game from the 90's. 5th gen consoles arent off the table either but that sound of music more common with snes, I don't think it Would've come off a Sega Genesis, Turbo Graphix 16 or any 16bit hardware from the 80s. The PC FX might be a good place to look as its whole library dedicated to JRPG style games where this type of music is common place
