I would like to apologize for how long this post is, but this is something that I've been interested in lately, and I'm surprised no one has ever talked about it, given how important it is to YouTube history.
On October 2nd, 2010, PewDiePie would upload a video called Minecraft Multiplayer Fun onto his channel.

This video is one of the most important in YouTube history, as it is the oldest available video of PewDiePie. However, not many people know this, but there are several lost videos from PewDiePie that came BEFORE the Minecraft Multiplayer Fun video. I'm going to be going over all of the known pre-MMF PewDiePie videos that I could find.
Starting off, PewDiePie had a much older channel that was created on December 19th, 2006 called Pewdie. Sometime in 2010, the channel was abandoned, and a second channel (The one that we all know) was created, due to Felix apparently forgetting the password for the Pewdie channel. I've managed to find two archives of the channel on the Wayback Machine. There were four known videos uploaded onto the Pewdie channel, all of which are lost.
web.archive.org/web/20100309110121/http://youtube.com/user/pewdie
The first archive of the channel is from March 9th, 2010, shortly before the more famous PewDiePie channel was created on April 29th, 2010. The March 9th archive features three videos:
Straight to Video - Mindless Self Indulgence
Mirror's Edge Chroma 3 Stars Pure Time Trial Pack
Imba charge
The STV - MSI video was uploaded on March 11th, 2008, which would make it the very first PewDiePie video. It's unknown what the video consisted of, but the description mentions Death Note, which makes me think that it was an AMV of some sort. A fan edit of Death Note with Mindless Self Indulgence's Straight To Video playing in the background. It's very unfortunate that such a historically important YouTube video has problematic ties to it (Given the allegations surrounding MSI's lead singer), but there's nothing we can do about it. For better or worse, the video is very likely to be lost forever, despite getting a decent amount of views (12,834 views, according to a later archive of the page).
The latter two videos are also unknown, however it's likely that the Mirror's Edge video is a regular gameplay video. I'm not sure what Imba charge could be, and I don't even recognize the game that's featured on the thumbnail, so if anyone could help identify the game, that would be appreciated.
The 2nd and final archive of the channel is from November 16th, 2010, and it shows an extra fourth video which is also lost: iw4mp-20100312-1211155.avi. A title that truly rolls off the tongue. The video was uploaded on March 12th, 2010, and considering the fact that there were no new videos uploaded between March 12th-November 16th, 2010, it's safe to say that iw4mp was the final video to ever be uploaded onto the Pewdie channel. According to the description, iw4mp was a simple test video, although again, it's unknown what the video actually contained in it.

After that, Felix apparently lost the password for the Pewdie channel, and started the PewDiePie channel on April 29th, 2010. It's worth noting that between 2012-2013, the Pewdie channel was used as a 2nd channel for Felix, which possibly means that he was able to find the password for the channel again, but decided to stay on the PewDiePie channel due to the massive increase in popularity that it was getting at the time. This is all just complete speculation though. The four original videos were seemingly removed, and fourteen videos were uploaded to the channel before it was abandoned again in 2013, this time for good.
The 2nd iteration of the Pewdie channel lasted from January 29th, 2012-May 25th, 2013. The good news is that none of the fourteen videos from the 2nd iteration of the channel are lost.

Moving on to the main PewDiePie channel, in an interview held on March 25th, 2017, Felix mentions that before MMF, he had uploaded another Minecraft video that is no longer on the channel, and that he no longer has. According to him, the video consisted of him exploring of a cave, finding a skeleton, getting scared of it, and screaming. He also sent the video to Machinima, and was able to find the Email that they sent to him, but the Dropbox link containing the video no longer worked. Nothing else is known about the video.

I decided to use the Wayback Machine on PewDiePie's main channel to see if I could find anymore info on this video. The oldest archive of PewDiePie's main channel dates back to November 17th, 2010.

I couldn't find the Skeleton Cave video brought up in the interview, but I did find something else interesting. I noticed on the sidebar that the Minecraft Multiplayer Fun video was there, but below it, were three mysterious videos:
Highrise Nuke Free-For-All
Quarry Nuke Free-For-All
Terminal Nuke Free-For-All
Once again, it's unknown what these videos consisted of. My theory is that maybe these were Fallout related videos? Fallout New Vegas came out not long beforehand, so maybe these are videos of that game? I admit that I'm not all that familiar with Fallout, so there's a chance that these videos have nothing to do with Fallout, but I don't know.
In addition, all of the Blacklight Tango videos (With the exception of one surviving video) were removed as well for unknown reasons. A Dead Space video uploaded immediately after Minecraft Multiplayer Fun is also lost as well. Minecraft Multiplayer Fun is literally the only surviving video on that sidebar.
It's possible that the Minecraft Skeleton video was the first video ever uploaded onto PewDiePie's main channel, and that it came before the three Free-For-All videos, hence why it's not featured on the sidebar. There are probably other lost videos uploaded in between, but it's unknown if they exist, and if they did, they're most likely lost forever, as are the rest of these early PewDiePie videos.
Chronological Timeline:
December 19th, 2006 - The Pewdie channel is created.
March 11th, 2008 - "Straight To Video - Mindless Self Indulgence", the first video uploaded to the channel, and PewDiePie's first overall video, is uploaded.
March 12th, 2010 - "iw4mp-20100312-1211155.avi", the final uploaded uploaded to the Pewdie channel, is uploaded.
April 29th, 2010 - The PewDiePie channel is created.
Unknown date in 2010 - A Minecraft Cave Skeleton video is uploaded to PewDiePie's channel. It might be the first video ever uploaded to the channel.
October 2nd, 2010 - "Minecraft Multiplayer Fun", the oldest surviving PewDiePie video, is uploaded.
January 29th, 2012 - The Pewdie channel is rebranded into a 2nd channel for Felix. The original four videos are removed, and the first video of the 2nd iteration is uploaded.
May 25th, 2013 - The final overall video for the Pewdie channel is uploaded.
That's all the information that I could find. It sucks that almost nothing of these videos are available, and that they're very likely lost forever, considering how important they are to YouTube history.
