(Context: Japanese film released towards the end of WWII. Wikipedia page states it was confiscated by Americans following the war and was presumed lost until a copy was found in the '80s)
There's been a version on YouTube for almost a decade but with hard-coded English subs and has lots of artifacts.
The below version is raw and includes the cameo of Popeye & Bluto that's missing from the older upload.
