web game with options for a party, also included a frog

there was this one game I used to play in the 2010s where you would make a bunch of choices that would slightly change how the ending was. It was birthday party related and there was a frog wearing a red hat (possibly party hat or baseball cap), although I'm not sure of the frogs position in the game. I also have a vivid memory of the frog doing a cartwheel.
