I don't think so? The spreadsheet contains unidentified media that are similar to lostwave in that we have excerpts or the whole thing, just no info on who made them. This however is just your usual unidentified media case in that you remember it, but can't find it.

Perhaps this could be moved to LMW Discussion considering unidentified media is a part of The Lost Media Wiki? I mean, Raz, Blood Rush, Mad & that block moving game have LMW pages from me, so...

"This should be played at high volume, preferly in a residentual area": This was used at the start of Lyrical Gangbang by Dr Dre (https://youtu.be/SrXO7bGlX30?si=rl90A5HoAqVnavNy) Wafflecake Playhouse: Parody of the infamous Klaksy Csupo logo, nobody knows where this came from and some kids in the comments says that is from Lazytown for unknown reasons (https://youtu.be/sVjMobglDEk?si=1i6vVLQxod2MEh2h)

I assume that this is from a now gone YouTuber? The "SK" watermark could be a clue on its origins, but it also could've been added in later on & it wasn't there originally.
EDIT: Still though, I don't think this could be put on the spreadsheet because there IS a company/group name attached to it, that being "Wafflecake Playhouse" & "SK", unless it could be a yellow case of sorts, where nothing can be found on it? IDK how yellow cases work as I don't edit the spreadsheet(only N32X does the spreadsheet), so I'm gonna say, "maybe not?".

Found a song from 2009 called "This Should Be Played At High Volune... Preferably In A Residential Area! by Brunk that uses the same snippet

My guess is SK is just a parody company whoever made this made up, & isn't a real company since I couldn't find anything on it apart from a similar looking logo from a fictional company on some weird wiki. I have a feeling that's just a coincidence & has nothing to do with this though.

This is a strange one; this is apparently a bootleg PC game based off The Little Cars In The Great Race, & by bootleg, I mean this apparently isn't even licensed by Video Brinquedo! The developer is rumored to be Vlad Muia, but there seems to be no actual evidence to suggest this.
Oh yeah, you forgot about the other Commodore 64 games I listed as well, such as Raz & Massacre.

I would love to see the assets that they used for it. Some things for The Little Cars are verry rare to find and only released in Brazil.
