Potentially lost early CGI religious TV program.

When I was 13 or 14 I was spending the weekend at my grandparents place and was in bed trying to find something to watch on TV before bed, and I stumbled across a channel that was playing a religious program that was CGI animated. Based on what I remember the lighting, textures, and animation looking like it was probably made in the late 90's, maybe a bit later or earlier, and from the 10 or so minutes I watched I can only remember a skit of some young kid trying to fly but being weighed down by a giant iron ball chained to his ankle that simply said SIN, and it growing larger as the skit progressed (I think?). I know this sounds like analog horror bait post or something along those lines but I promise this was real. It was probably airing on a local channel, this happened in Anoka County Minnesota. Any help with this is appreciated, but I doubt anything will be done.
