[S] Movie involving a boy getting super strength.

This is a movie i remember watching on either Disney XD or Disney Channel. It involves a boy getting super strength via an experiment. The only thing i remember from that film is a scene where the boy, now strong, spits at a street light and the spit alone causes the street light to fall down.
