Unidentified image from SpongeBob plug and play

Can anyone help me? I don’t know if this counts as lost media or not but, it is SpongeBob related so basically when I was younger, I used to play the SpongeBob fly cook games plug and play and sometimes a silhouette of a woman singing inside of a tv would appear. It was just an image and there was no background music just the image. I saw this image quite a few times as a kid and I can’t find anything about it online. I have been looking on and off for years. I don’t know if it was some sort of glitch in the game or what but, I remember this really scaring me as a kid. The image would also appear with no warning and I remember you couldn’t exit out of the image you had to unplug the game and plug it back into the tv for the image to be gone. Does anyone else know about this or have seen the image before please let me know this has been bugging me for years.
