This one, I have been sitting on for so long. I was really young when this came up in the television, so it got to be late 2000s or maybe very early 2010s in Turkey. Since it was Turkey it must have gotten dubbed for me to understand it.
I recall watching a animated show very similar in style to Crayon Shin-Chan or Doreamon with soft pastel colors and characters with relatively simplistic designs. If my memory serves me right it could easily be an anime or at last an Asian show for younger kids or families but I am not %100 percent sure. I know of some similar Chinese cartoons called "Hai BeiBei" and "Little Cherry" which are similar to Chibi Maruko-chan or Sazae-san. It was in that ballpark.
It was about a boy living with his mom and dad and for some reason a chibi-looking angel girl and a demon boy that kinda both looked like him or at last were in his size. I can only recall specific moments from just to episodes so I can't even tell why they were there or whether there even was a in-world reason given. But for whatever reason, the angel girl was the generally nasty one with being overly pushy on other characters and using underhanded tactics on them while the demon boy was rather tame, or last I don't recall him doing anything bad in the parts I have seen.
I don't recall whether this was part of another story line or the next part in the idol mom story; but there was a scene of the dad setting up a cardboard box as their home to start living on the streets. They may or may not have been doing so to try getting away from the paparazzi's.
Yeah, it had rather wacky sides and it never re-aired or at last aired significantly much and quickly disappeared and this is all the parts I can recall, I was very young back than.

In one part I remember of the show, someone started stalking the boy's mom, and than both of the parents start acting weird. After that there is a scene were the boy walks in on them in the kitchen with his mother wearing a rather flashy dress but they immediately cover the dress with making the mom wear a cape on top and the dad gives this bad excuse of "his mother being cold" awkwardly as the both nervous try acting like they are cold by rubbing their hands on their arms unconvincingly as they try to hide what's going on from their son. Than later it gets revealed that the mom was a idol singer who had retired and the guy stalking her was a paparazzi trying to track her down. I recall the angel girl being all pushy and condescending about it and trying to get them to reveal the truth, than that eventually happens and photos of her appears on the newspapers.
