This show aired on Disney Channel UK in 2004.
It was effectively one of those run around gameshows (like Crystal Maze or Jungle Run) where a team of kids enter different stages to do a challenge, only this took place entirely inside the body of a scientist.
I have not been able to find it ANYWHERE online, even in '04 it only aired for a few weeks then vanished.
