Unidentified Song From a CD

Hi, My name's Lakanate Of Manila, and I want to show you a unknown song that I brought from Boraotan,Divisoria in 2023, the selller gave me information when I ask him where did he got from, and he told me that it came from a seller selling his DVD, and when I brought, I have no idea how can I convert this into functioning one, so yeah, pass by when I look at the files of this CD I discover it was from January 1, 1990, so yeah that's the files of that unknown song, and I made attempt to restore the files, and even to go a electronic shop to restore, but both are expensive and failed, cause it can't function here in modern day computers.
