Honestly if Max was to do it (since If WarnerDiscovery should do it was a topic in the op Though I could be misremembering) give CN,Adult Swim,Toonami (though licensing could make it difficult),Cartoonito and whatever that new block is that airs reruns of old “Cartoon Cartoons” their own channels.
Don't some countries already have an Adult Swim channel, speaking of which???

Not sure, adult swim on some cable providers and alternatives if I’m correct shares a logo spot with CN on the channel guide tho.

Between this & other streaming services introducing ads we pretty much are just entering cable part deux.
People love to say that but there is a key difference between cable/satellite TV and streaming services: you're not locked into a contract like you are with cable or satellite.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, so if you were only subbed to watch one specific show and you've finished watching it and there ain't anything else on the streaming service you're interested in? Just cancel your sub and when/if a new season of this show starts up, you can resub.
Cable and satellite? You're gonna be locked into a one, maybe two year contract. Wanna cancel your cable/satellite subscription before your contract is up? Sure, you can do that - but I hope you enjoy paying an early termination fee.

Adult Swim (in the US and some other countries) is just a programming block on Cartoon Network but, due to the different demographics, is considered a separate channel as far as ratings goes. (Although honestly considering that Adult Swim on the US Cartoon Network now airs from 5pm to 6am and therefore takes up 13 hours of the day, you could argue that Cartoon Network is the programming block and Adult Swim is the channel now)
But in other countries, namely Canada and in the whole of Latin America, Adult Swim is a whole-ass channel.
This shows how much of a mistake removing Disney Channel and other Disney owned channels in certain regions was. Disney acted too quickly and overfocused on streaming when they should have taken things a bit slower.
