so one morning in July 2021 i got up around 6:30 and turned on our tv we don't have cable but i had begged my parents to get a satellite so i could watch AGT anyway i like old shows so i turned to MeTV because i knew that little house was on soon anyways i got my cereal and i see this weird space show i leave it on cause it looked weird but i had the volume way down cause i was the only one awake anyway the episode i remember was like this couple was in the space pod or something and it kept cutting from these people in this control room to the people in the pod and then they crashed on to earth and they had to like warm this dude up and then i went and got breakfast and when i came back it was on the musters or the Adams family and i cant find it it isn't lost in space or any other shows from that era that I've found hopefully someone can help
looked at the free channels in my area and it could have actually been cozi tv rather so hope that helps
doesn't seem to be it. it had a very stereotypical old space show vibe to it almost like lost in space but I'm certain that's not it either
So if you are 100% sure about Little House on the Prairie and know Highway to Heaven was also on there plus you said Adamas Family or Munsters, which Munsters is on that channel, it all ads up to Cozi TV. There are a few sci-fi shows but nothing ads up. The thing that I was thinking of at first was Quantum Leap but that was 80's and 90's. The only other thing that works is Six Million Doller Man. I'm pretty sure that's it as there is an episode that they crash land a spaceship. The episode you should be looking for is number 15 season 2 episode 2 "The Pioneers". If it's not that episode then maybe it's a few others. And I'll list others to look at.
EDIT: It could be My Favorite Martian. But that's a sitcom about an alien. Six Million Dollar Man is NASA related.

EDIT 3: After looking again at the schedule nothing lined up with your memory of the shows. Also times never lined up. So I don't think Little House on the Prairie was on the channel so it couldn't have been Cozi TV unless you are missing remembering times and shows. EDIT 4:
