this seems better fit for unidentified media because we don't know if this is lost or not
My go-to guess for "old space show nobody's ever heard of" is always Battlestar Galactica.
Failing that, lots of old science fiction shows could conceivably have an occasional space-themed episode due to their monster-of -the-week nature; I would check out anything science-fiction related on this List of programs broadcast by MeTV on Wikipedia.
_alexpine_ on discord. 2018 was HOW many years ago?!?! If RPGMakerFan12 is so good, why isn't there an RPGMakerFan13? lostmediawiki.com/User:BrightyLighty

Thing is, Battlestar Galactica has quite the large cult following. I'd think of something more like Homeboys In Outer Space or Arago X-001.
Dreams are boundless, imaginations are infinite, space is a multi-directional spiral & Akazukin ChaCha is my favorite anime

what location are you in so we can look up your local channels specific guide of shows and times
EDIT: From doing a lot of looking on the way back machine for the schedule, it looks like it was pretty consistent that they always had there sci-fi time block on Saturday nights only. Even to this day it's on Saturday's at night. Are we sure it's a sci-fi show or just possibly a one off episode of a show that has a space theme for one episode and not a real show about space and sci-fi and that stuff? Could it have been a cartoon?
EDIT 2: Are you sure that Little House on the Prairie was on the same channel?

1. east Texas 2. it could have been a one off episode of a show such as the twilight zone but looking through its space theme episodes got me no where but definitely not a cartoon 3. yes because the last thing i had watched was highway to heaven which in the evenings as far as i remember aired after little house because they both had Michael Landon in them but in the mornings at 7:30 or 8 im pretty sure it played little house new beginnings which is a sequel of sorts hope this helped
