Or at least isn’t likely to be found in the near future, if at all. This is lost media you wish could be found, but it doesn’t seem likely said piece ever will, wether it doesn’t exist anymore, is being held somewhere, is shrouded in too much legal issues to be worth finding, etc.

I’ll start with my own example: B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations. I became interested in the subject about a year ago, primarily because of it’s unusual story behind it’s cancellation, and also just because it seemed like it’d be a great film to watch.
But me being the naïve idiot I was, apparently thought it’d be as simple as just reaching out to some animator that probably hasn’t even thought of the film in years, and request a copy of said film that they likely don’t even have.
That being said, I did collect as many clips as there are currently available of the film, and I tried piecing them together in chronological order.
As for if this will ever get found, I can assume it probably won’t be, at least not for years. We’d have to hope the rumors of those workprint trading circles having copies of this film are true, and that someone can successfully infiltrate the trading circle, trade something and obtain a copy, but that requires a lot of planning for something we’re not sure even exists.
On a personal side, My dad owned an HVAC business and did some commercials with St. Louis Cardinals catcher Tom Pagnozzi. My dad is up there in years and his health is failing. I'd like to find that ad and archive it was a keepsake but I doubt that's possible. All of the local stations (Southern Illinois) don't hold on to footage longer than 2 years and this happened in the early 90s. Nor does the Trane company (the brand my dad sold in his dealership) hold on to footage that long.

Probably Coyote VS A.C.M.E since I think the only hope of it getting released is if there is a major cyber attack, someone who works at WBD leaks it, or if there's a major management change.

The screenwriter did say that WB was still doing screenings for it to other potential buyers and that it would come out eventually so who knows?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure she just said she hopes the movie will find it’s home on streaming and not end up canned for eternity. Doesn't seem to be a guarantee though.
Plus, that was over a month ago, so hopefully we’ll get another update soon, and hopefully it’s something promising.

Anyways, I’d also have to s agree with Coyote VS ACME. If last time is my indicator, the chances of this film getting put back in the vault to languish for the 3rd time is very much real, so we should keep our hopes in check.
But for now, Coyote VS Acme sits on The Shelf of Movie Languishment, it’s fate currently unclear.
Let’s hope resilience and persistence wins the day.

Actually no the screenwriter said that as far as he knew WB was still seeking out buyers for the film, he never used the word "hope".

Got it. Now to get back on topic, I’ll also have to add The Land Before Time deleted scenes. It’s probably not going to be found unless some big search occurs, which I tried, but……

Oh right, I mixed up Samy Burch’s quote, in which she said “We hope it’ll find it’s home and not end up in a vault for the rest of time” or something along those lines.
I just wonder why they suddenly changed their mind from cancelling it a 2nd time to shopping it around again.
