Unknown DJ Premier Rap Song

Hello everyone, I've been looking for this rap song for years and I found nothing. I've even used Shazam to try to identify it but I still found nothing. So I tried going to two subreddits which are r/tipofmytongue and r/lostwave to hopefully find someone who knows the song but no-one responded to either of these posts. I found a tracklist of this mixtape which has all of the songs identified except this one which is the 7th song on the Side A part of the mixtape.
