how do you know? Even if when you click on it and it says privated it can still mean that the video is copy striked. It would be allowed to stay up for the owner of the video to be able to download it or fix it but for everyone else it would show as private.

not when a video is in a playlist and says hidden. If you had a direct link to the video yes it would say the correct thing. But any video in a playlist weather the video was privated or copy striked would say hidden on playlists
