Ok here's the rules
-No event will be changed so we can avoid alternate timelines, so any information you tell somebody will be locked until you meet them again or they die. Any records of future inventions or events will be destroyed. Anybody who is told this information on hears the information will also have it locked. The past will also be reset, but the memories will still exist if they are locked.
-You are like a Stand from JJBA, where you can touch people from the past, but they cannot touch you. Only other time travelers can touch you. This is to prevent anybody from attacking you. This also applies to animals and other objects.
-If you bring someone to the future, they will have a week time limit to stay in the future. If they do not return to the exact time they went to the future once the week is up, they body will age to what they're supposed to look like at the point in the future they went to. This could kill
-In the event a person dies when they are not supposed to, they will be revived and the past will stay the same, with everybody who saw or heard the death having that memory locked
-All tech that requires a connection like Wifi will still work as they will maintain their connection in the future
Personally, I would go back to the 1800s with a bunch of future tech.
