I would like to make it so guests can view my profile so it is visible on the internet archive? When i try to view it with wayback says you must be logged in to view this member's profile. Is there I can make it do that or not? If so, how?

You can't. That's not an LMW limitation, that's a ProBoards limitation - either all profiles are or no profiles are. And generally on forums with private boards the better option is having no profiles visible.
