Back around 2015-2016, My school had Discovery EEducation. One show I remember but can't find was some show about a Dragon who wanted to learn. I'm pretty sure he loved to read.
I've already ruled out Eureeka's Castle & Dudley the Dragon as those aren't anything like what I remember and don't have anything to do with reading. The video was 4:3 and kinda low quality so the show was likely from the 1980's, 1990's, or Early 2000's. It was in English. I've been trying to find this show for years.
My memory of the intro isn't clear but I think I remember the Dragon being in a room as a song was playing and opening a book, but I'm not completely sure. Help, please.
