Kind of random and specific, I know lol But I like special attacks. There's some from One Piece that I can't say because of major spoilers. So I'll say one from a very underrated anime. The Hell Scissors from Tantei Senshi SunRed.
My favorite character from this show also has my favorite special attack from it. General Hengel, the "p-hub" addicted genius General, the master of scissors has a special move seen in Episode 26 of the anime. I don't know if this is canon as it's a dream sequence but I assume it's canon considering his ally dreamt it and he clearly knows a lot about Hengel.
The Hell Scissors has two variations. Version 1 is where his Scissors arm gains a giant blue aura of itself and manifests a energy pair of scissors. This attack is ginormous. It's exact power is unknown, same for version 2 of the attack.
Version 2 is a simple "Getsuga Tensho" Big Slash that travels along the ground. It was used in retaliation against SunRed's Fire Bird Attack in his Firebird Form. Even though it failed, we can still see how giant the slash was.
Reason it's one of my favorite anime techniques is because well... It's cool. Simple, fits his character, and the way the seiyuu yells "HELL SCISSORS!" is so awesome.
