The three Addams Family films from the 1990’s feature various deleted scenes that have never been released outside of trailers and script details, these include:
The Addams Family 1991: -A deleted subplot where Grandmama is continually wrestling with a fog machine on the roof. An element of this subplot survives in the film via the mechanical clock featured in the opening shown in better detail on the actual prop here: www.therpf.com/forums/attachments/6e15440c-fb9b-4562-abb0-6ea9763a0b16-jpeg.1354566/ -A shot of Grandmama can be seen in the trailer telling the kids they’ll have to kill their own breakfast which goes with the above subplot: youtu.be/dVALwoVlORI?si=-9bPmZw7lUwRp_3A
Addams Family Values 1993: -A shot of Lurch taking Debbie and Fester’s photo -A shot of Debbie being shackled to her bed and screaming after Morticia says goodnight youtu.be/l3TRaa28vfY?si=lL9GAt3clnHqrrDW
I haven’t checked the scripts in a long time but I’m sure they contain more deleted elements and more information about the known scenes above.
With Paramount releasing a version of the 1991 film a couple years ago with the deleted portion of the Mamushka scene edited back in, I hope the rest of these deleted scenes will get a proper release someday.

There is a deleted scene from Addams Family Values I would like to find. One of my bellydance teachers was in this scene, so she told me about it but no one really knows about it. At Fester's Bachelor party, they showed a stag film. It was a black and white film projected onto a screen with a zaftig bellydancer (my teacher). She was dancing, and then she takes off her head and throws it toward the audience. It materializes in front of the screen and falls at Fester's feet and winks at him.
I can only speculate the reasons this would have been cut -- time, maybe it was too "magical" to fit into the world of the movie, or maybe the SFX didn't come out well.
It was recently announced that Values is getting a 4K release with several bonus features but no idea if any deleted scenes will be included. They were able to find the extended Mamushka dance for the 1991 4K so anything’s possible.
I think that there's screeners of these films circulating. I might try and get it as I am interested in this topic.
Screener tapes are generally just the released version of the film (sometimes with short bonus content) made to promote the film to reviewers and video stores. You want to be looking for workprints of the films in order to find deleted scenes and other unused/unreleased material.

I did mean to say workprints, but there’s also a screener with some deleted scenes circulating too.

If it actually has deleted scenes I’d definitely be interested in seeing it. If you can find a copy and digitize it that’d be a great place to start.
