These are scams. They are made to break within a year of purchase so you have to buy a new one. Look for an authentic older R4 card on a place like eBay.

apparently you can fix the time bomb issue. (idk how but I've seen some tutorials floating around)

if you already have a cart, you might as well try to fix it, but if you're buying one, then look out for a decent one with good reviews and check over all of the words/url on the cart BC there are many that look almost identical
