I can't identify this early 2000's European song.

I found this in a collection of MP3's from a hard drive shared among US soldiers in Iraq in the early 2,000's. Wild guess given that a large number of tracks on the drive were contemporary to the 2003~2010 (or so, I don't know when the person I borrowed it from got it here in the USA) is that this song is from those years or a bit earlier.
Original date of when the file was put on the drive is long gone due to having been through an auto-tagging and renaming process, where it got hilariously mis-identified as a speeding car sound effect.
I'm calling it "A Million Euros" as a placeholder name until its actual title and artist are identified. The use of Euros in the lyrics is what I place its origin as European.
My searches on various lines of the lyrics has turned up nothing. I don't know if the intro that starts with "T minus 10 seconds" is part of the song but the three times repeated voiceover of "(unintelligible) Y'all check it out, man. Press play baby. Yo!" is definitely not. The first instance partially overlaps the intro, the second instance is about halfway through, the third just before the end.
