Good evening.
Lately I've become in love with lost media and I wanted to you ask you a couple of questions.
The first one is, if you're interested in one of the following I've found around the house:
Lost Media Info:
There's probably no footage remaining of the portuguese animated series A Licas e o Zé. This is due to the fact that RTP1 (founded also in 1957 and Portugal main and government channel) hasn't footage of the shows that aired around the late 50's and early 60's as stated on the 2009 TV documentary As Divinas Comédias. According to the documentary, RTP1 didn't save its reels and it only has photos of the shows. Even in 60's, only a couple of episodes of the talkshow Zip Zip were saved. There's even rumours that portuguese dubbings of several 80's cartoons were destroyed just to allocate more space in the channels archives.
Lost Media Request:
Portuguese dub for the first 5 episodes of Wabbit! (the show premiered with Portuguese dub in Boomerang, but the channel is only available in Portuguese in Angola, Mozambique and other portuguese speaking countries. A month ago it premiered in RTP2, in Portugal, but for unknown reasons, RTP2 started broadcasting the series from episode 6)
Lately I've become in love with lost media and I wanted to you ask you a couple of questions.
The first one is, if you're interested in one of the following I've found around the house:
- A TV cut of the movie Hot Shots: Part Deux (TVRip VHS mid 90's subtitled)
- European portuguese dub for several Maisy episodes (pre-school animated show)
- Amateur behind the scenes from the french movie A Very Long Engagement
- Several castings from unknown french movies (possibly from the same director, Jean-Pierre Jeunet)
- A french documentary about Pigalle, a french red light district (partial)
- A never released short film by Jean-Pierre Jeunet and Erika Zonka called Et moi? (=What about me?)
- An 2004 episode of the french talkshow On Ne Peut Pas Plaire A Tout Le Monde (=You can't please everyone)
- The first two episodes of The Ultimate Book of Spells (animation) with Euro. Port. dub
- A VHS tape with Kiki's Delivery Service but with an orange "A" on-screen logo appearing every once in a while, poor english subs and what it looks like a DVD Menu at the end
- An english documentary about Oporto's streetcars
- A portuguese version (translation and dub) of the rare videogame Gift (PC version, there's scarce information about the game)
