Why is the LMW so apathetic to fanmade internet content?

Every time someone makes a thread on a lost YouTube Poop (or a subgenre like "SpongeBob Edited"), fanmade voiceover dub, AMV, or any derivative media material constructed by fans not only are there no people unable to find the desired piece even if the creator was relatively popular but the threads get very little to no replies at all, and whatever very few replies are made don't provide any useful information to the search or just add salt to the wound by reiterating the unlikelihood of it ever being found.
I myself have been trying to for a whole year find a SpongeBob fanmade voiceover parody dub of the episode The Secret Box by a now-terminated YouTube channel that had 500-something subscribers before termination, but everywhere I tried no people replied at all and of all the fans I've gone around asking if they have it saved, only ONE person said they might have it saved but their hard drive was in the process of getting repaired when I asked them, and they haven't responded back ever since no matter how many monthly updates I ask for. I asked this person 5 months ago and they've completely ghosted me in spite of visible activity. They said they remember their hard drive having all the dubs from the channel before it got terminated and they'd be willing to look for the lost dub when they got it back.
These kinds of videos are the most hopeless searches in the LM community because very few if any people are willing to help and whenever a lead surfaces something always has to come up that prevents us from getting the desired video right away if ever.
