Two songs by "Local Fields" were hosted on mp3.com back when it was a music sharing site. While the songs are found, the artist is only known as "Local Fields" and only has these two songs on their mp3.com account. There is no information on the internet about these two songs or "Local Fields" as a music group, leading me to think the artist is not who uploaded the track, or is not called "Local Fields".
The two songs are J-Pop songs, one including vocals and the other being just an instrumental. The song with vocals, "Yasasii Zikan," has a name strongly resembling the 2005 show "Yasashii Jikan." Could the name be in reference to the show? Heck, could it be directly from it? Well, that's why this video is here; that's what I want to find.
No music identification software I used could find these two songs (Shazam, Aha-Music, etc.). Neither does googling the artist or the song titles yield any results.
I initially discovered "Yasasii Zikan" thanks to someone in a Patreon-only Discord server I'm in posting it. They are interested in media preservation, and I am unsure where they found it. However, I can assume it was from one of the SoulSeek or mp3.com archives. I looked further into this track and found the second track, "AIR," on the web index of the mp3.com archive, and, also on SoulSeek.
you can find the original upload for Yasasii Zikan here:

when trying to find anything on the artist "Local Fields", i did find this site, however, the genres they make music on are nothing similar to j-pop, the two tracks from mp3.com arent displayed anywhere on this site, and the site is stranded, last being edited 18 years ago.
I found their record label on BandCamp, and, shockingly enough, their music is still up on there, however; these songs listed do not sound anything like J-Pop, and do not include any of these two songs, i dont think it's them. Their music is nonetheless good, though. You should give it a listen if you have the time.
