Unidentified song from german language education movie.

My friend found this german education movie in his vhs collection and asked me specificly to help find the song they used for the intro.
Before writing this post i've spend like a hour trying to use context clues but one, i don't speak german, two, the information i did found was useless anyway.
The only things i've managed to find is that this is about learning the german language and that it's persumably made around the mid-80's
