Episode of UPN Toontown kids show found!

Not to be confused with Toontown online, Toontown kids was a show that ran on UPN in the late 90s and aired old Disney shorts with live action segments between. I Found this on a VHS in a free bin outside a used book store, Who knew? I've had this on hand for a while, but didn't know it was lost media until I saw platypus comics blog post about it.

Highlights of this include at 8:15 a very questionable joke, and at 13:41 for a really bad/amazing looking CGI bumper. Also note some of the mr. men show intro before the tape cuts off.
