I’ve seen it. I wonder if he read the news that the film is still being shopped around (according to screenwriter Samy Burch), but judging by the video’s title, and it’s contents, it’s safe to assume he didn’t.
Maybe we should start looking at Warner Bros Animation's employes to see if they were involved in this production. Weirder things have been found in demo reels, I wouldn't be surprised if more footage is on Vimeo.

Bro, this film has been cancelled and uncanceled multiple times at this point, I’d say even if it never gets released, this movie deserves a page in the history books for this alone.
