A ton of people have been asking me about this, and a lot of people are dismissing it as fake, so I feel like I should make a statement on this topic. I made a tweet about this but could only generalize given the word limit, but here I'll say that given my knowledge of the clips and what I was told, I believe that they're real.
Months ago, someone messaged me out of nowhere with the clips and claimed they were real, so I questioned the source and they referred me to a private discord server (that I am not in). Thinking this had something to do with the Nickelodeon leaks from over the summer, I started putting my guard up because I hated getting roped into all that leak drama, so I basically told him to not message me about leaked content.
Shortly after, a different person from the private server reached out and explained the clips weren't directly connected to the leak, but I believe they did come from somewhere on Nick's servers- I can't remember exactly when in the timeline they were obtained. They went on to explain to me that the clips were found in a folder containing leftover SpongeBob content from production and that this was a common practice seen within other episodes from the series (like stray backgrounds and storyboards and stuff like that).
I saw a screenshot of the file directories with this content, and a series of 4 or 5 different clips from Sailor Mouth. I ended up hearing the "B*** me" clip and the "You F*******" clip, but didn't hear the others.
Considering this was all supposed to be contained within that private server, that I only became aware of because someone in it messaged me, there was no discussion about its release and I left it at that. So after all this time, I'm really surprised the clips ended up making their way out to the public at all but it must have been from someone in the server who leaked it.
Unless the screenshots were faked, or the whole server was in on some kind of elaborate troll to make everyone believe these are real that was first planned out as far back as last year when I was sent them, then I believe they're real. Which I think is an important distinction to make for the whole topic, because it proves that getting a full copy is reasonable and the audio might exist in places we weren't even aware of. I'm not crazy about the fact that they were most likely taken from Nickelodeon, and then leaked from the private discord server like this, because it adds a lot of confusion to the search, but neither of those are my places to comment. They're out there and nobody can change that, but hopefully the awareness they've spread can help us get a full copy legitimately.

In that case, maybe i should update the page on the wiki assuming there is one?
All I'll say is that SB saying "bl*w me" does NOT fit at the point in the episode it's supposedly from - the board game scene. He is definitely saying "Fuck this" or some variation. Also of note is how his inflection sounds a little unnatural / higher quality compared to the preceding "ohhhhh".
My money's on AI, but if I'm wrong, then color me surprised.
It’s funny, I used to think that the uncensored audio of Sailor Mouth was just an urban legend, but then Tom Kenny and Rodger Bumpass confirmed there was swearing while recording and Paul Tibbitt even said he owned a VHS of it at one point. It definitely exists, but I think we should still be skeptical towards this supposed leaked audio. I wouldn’t put it past someone to make a fake using AI.
Another thing that makes me curious is why would Nickelodeon allegedly keep this audio stored away in their servers for all these years. As a family friendly channel I couldn’t ever see them one day decide to release it to the public or use it for something else, so I wonder why they didn’t just discard it long ago. My best guess is they felt this colorful piece of SpongeBob history deserved to be kept archived, even if none of our ears were ever meant to hear it.
They don't sound like AI to me, i've heard AI Spongebob stuff on Youtube before and you can always tell when it's AI as it sounds ever so slightly off, this definitely sounds like the real thing to me.
Can it be possible that the "Blow Me" audio tape was made for a earlier version of the episode that had a different script for Tom Kenny to read as Spongebob?

No, there was no script containing actual swearing, just gibberish. It’s a well known fact at this point that the actors started improvising actual swearing to keep their performances more realistic due to the gibberish not working.
Ironically there is a case of actual swearing being kept in a SpongeBob project. In the original 2004 film you can hear Mr Krabs whisper “Jackass” to SpongeBob after he mistakenly goes onstage during the Krusty Krab ceremony.
