Nintendo was one of the many companies that had sites made with Adobe Flash to promote their products back in the 2000s. Unfortunately, many of these sites have been removed. Even though it's still possible to access Nintendo's old website via WayBack Machine, the flash sites are a bigger problem, as they never load once they reach 100%, or they redirect to a "You need Adobe Flash" page if you are using a certain browser.
it's likely more European sites still exist from this timeframe.
There was a thread about this, almost all of those European sites from that time are still up. However, it only archives as far back to the GameCube era. If you wanted to pull up a site for a Nintendo 64 game, you wouldn't have any luck. Same goes for a game that was never localized to Europe.
