Many years ago (probably late 2000’s) I saw a documentary on YouTube about controversies Disney had with their animated films. It was professionally made (and not just some random dude yakking on a webcam). I’m thinking it was actually made in the early 2000’s.
They mostly went over how Disney movies were allegedly racist and/or sexist. One specific example was a (white) mom saying one time she was at the store and her young son pointed at a group of Black kids and said “hey look it’s the hyenas from Lion King”.

Out of curiosity, what did the person’s voice sound like? Did he sound more hyper and upbeat? Did he sound dark and mysterious?

IIRC the narrator was a woman with a serious, monotone voice. There were also a lot of interviews with various people. One example I remember was an Asian woman asking “why are we always cats?” referring to the Siamese cats from Lady & the Tramp and The Aristocats.
Sounds like something made for a drama documentary TV series. Like the Dark Side of Comedy for an example.
I searched through the IMBd search system under the documentary/TV episode tags. I also added the tag "Disney." I only found this entry that seems to be those "expose the hidden truth" kind of shows. It also aired throughout the 2000's. Inside Hollywood
For some reason not all the seasons have been properly documented on this page. Even the first season is missing...

If Micky Mouse Monopoly is indeed the documentary in question, I did find the distributor (I say "found," but really they're named at the end of the YouTube clip broncosman posted), named the Media Education Foundation, or MEF. And they do have all documentary films they have produced/acquired for distribution for sale, but only to educational institutions like schools. And in any case, even if the general public could purchase any of the films, they cost several hundred dollars just for a DVD copy, so are definitely way overpriced and not easily obtainable. However, this means that there's a chance that there are at least a few schools, museums, library, or some other place of education somewhere might have a copy that could be asked about.

There's no need to buy it, the full doc is available if you just search it up on youtube . I just posted that short clip instead because it has the parts she mentioned.
The price they're charging for it is ridiculous tho, it's not some groundbreaking doc, really not worth that much haha. They're really ripping off schools and libraries -_- .
